We specialize in niche department store products in the United States, focusing on three main categories: personal care appliances, maternal and infant products, and home furnishings. Specific products include but are not limited to: hairdryers, electric toothbrushes, beauty devices, hair removal devices (personal care appliances); baby bottles, strollers (maternal and infant products); coffee tables, bedside tables, solid wood dining sets, footstools (home furnishings).

2. Customer Service Information

Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Time Zone: UTC+8:00).

The scope of customer service includes but is not limited to: product inquiries, order tracking, shipping status inquiries, order editing/changes, after-sales issue handling, etc. Inquiries and requests submitted outside working hours will be prioritized for processing during the next working hours. 3. Order Related Provisions

3.1 Order Editing and Changes

After placing an order, you may contact our official email or customer service within 12 hours of the successful order submission to request edits or changes (including but not limited to shipping address, contact information, product specifications, etc., subject to inventory availability). Orders will enter the preparation process after 12 hours and will not support further editing or changes. Please pay attention to the order submission time.

3.2 Shipping and Delivery Instructions

Once an order is placed, if the products you purchased are in stock, we will arrange shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays; shipping time will be extended accordingly).

Actual delivery time will vary based on your delivery address, logistics efficiency, and other factors, typically taking 5-7 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and potential logistics delays). We shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by logistics force majeure, unclear delivery addresses, incorrect contact details, or reasons beyond our control. We will assist you in contacting the logistics provider to verify and resolve such issues.
