Product Warranty and Return/Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing our products! We specialize in niche American household goods, focusing on personal care appliances, maternal and infant products, and home furnishings. To protect your legal rights and clarify after-sales service standards, we have established this policy. All product after-sales services are executed according to these regulations.
1. Scope of Applicable Products
This policy applies to all the products we offer, specifically including:

2. Warranty Policy Explanation
Currently, a dedicated warranty period is provided only for the following products. Other products do not come with a warranty but support unconditional return/exchange (see Section 3 of this policy):

Strollers: A 60-day (calendar days) warranty period is provided from the date you receive the product. During the warranty period, if the stroller has quality issues that are not caused by human damage (such as loose parts or structural faults under normal use), please contact us promptly. We will provide corresponding after-sales service based on the nature of the issue.

All other products (Hairdryers, Electric Toothbrushes, Beauty Devices, Hair Removal Devices, Baby Bottles, Coffee Tables, Bedside Tables, Solid Wood Dining Sets, Footstools): Currently, no warranty service is provided. Only unconditional return/exchange under qualifying conditions is supported.
3. Unconditional Return/Exchange Rules
All products except strollers support unconditional return/exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused and unopened (personal care appliances, baby bottles, etc., must retain intact original packaging, without damage or stains) and should not affect resale;

You must submit a return/exchange request in a timely manner upon receiving the product, adhering to the order modification rules (orders can be edited and modified within 12 hours; return/exchange requests must be communicated within this timeframe. For overdue requests, please contact customer service for negotiation);

During the return/exchange process, the product, along with its original packaging and accessories, must be returned completely. The return shipping cost must be borne by you (excluding quality issues; only quality issues within the stroller's warranty period may warrant negotiation over shipping costs).

Reference for Shipping and Delivery Time: Orders with stock usually ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The actual delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please arrange your after-sales application timeline accordingly;

Issues caused by human damage or force majeure (such as accidental damage during transportation or faults due to improper use by the user) are not covered under the warranty or unconditional return/exchange policy;
